Parent and Carer Workshops

Workshops support parents and careers to understand key relationships and sex education themes and feel confident supporting young people at home. Themes may include:
-puberty and adolescent development
-consent, boundaries and communication
-healthy relationships and emotional wellbeing
-talking to young people about sex and sexuality
-online safety, social media and technology
-pornography and media influences
-supporting young people’s confidence and self esteem
